1. Introduction

Welcome to HumAnIzers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HumAnIzers service ("Service"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through HumAnIzers.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the HumAnIzers platform and all its features
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service
• "Content" refers to any text, documents, or files processed through the Service
• "Subscription" refers to the user's chosen service plan (Basic, Creative, or Enhanced)
• "AI Detection" refers to the process of identifying AI-generated content

3. Service Description

HumAnIzers is an AI text humanization platform that transforms machine-generated text into content that reads naturally as if written by a human. The Service offers three modes of operation:

• Basic Mode: Standard text humanization with essential features
• Creative Mode: Advanced humanization with enhanced natural language processing
• Enhanced Mode: Premium humanization with maximum natural language transformation

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• Users may create an account using Google OAuth authentication
• Users must provide accurate and complete information
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account

4.2 Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for all activities under their account
• Users must notify HumAnIzers immediately of any unauthorized use
• Users must not share their account credentials with others

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features and functionalities
• Basic Plan: $5 per month (includes Basic, Creative, and Enhanced modes)
• Standard Plan: $10 per month (includes Basic, Creative, and Enhanced modes)
• Premium Plan: $20 per month (includes Basic, Creative, and Enhanced modes)

All paid plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) include access to all humanization modes (Basic Mode, Creative Mode, and Enhanced Mode). The Free Plan does not include access to these modes.

5.2 Billing and Subscription Management

HumAnIzers operates on a subscription-based model. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period under the same terms unless you cancel it or HumAnIzers terminates it. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Payments are non-refundable
• Users can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

Please note that HumAnIzers does not provide prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. Once a subscription period is paid for, the payment is non-refundable for that period. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, you will maintain access to our service until the end of that period, but will not receive a refund for the remaining time.

6. Service Usage

6.1 Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Not use the Service to generate harmful or malicious content
• Not use the Service to bypass AI detection for fraudulent purposes

As a user, you bear full responsibility for any text, documents, or information you upload, submit, or transmit while using our Service. This includes any errors or inaccuracies contained within your submitted content.

HumAnIzers does not actively monitor user-submitted content and assumes no responsibility toward you or any third party regarding such content, including any confidential information that may be contained within your submissions.

By using our Service, you confirm that you either own or have proper authorization to use all content you submit, and that such content does not violate any intellectual property rights, laws, or regulations.

HumAnIzers is not liable for any loss, damage, or alteration to your submitted content. While our Service may offer temporary storage features, we make no guarantees regarding content retrieval. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of all important content you submit to our Service.

When you submit content to HumAnIzers, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual license to store, process, and utilize your content for service delivery and algorithm improvement purposes.

7.2 Service Content

• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Users may not use the Service to create competing products

7.3 Use Restrictions

HumAnIzers grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our Service solely for the legitimate purposes outlined in these Terms.

• Sharing, distributing, or publishing our proprietary technology
• Transferring your access rights to any unauthorized third party

12. Termination
